When a Member adds Text Alerts to their accounts, the alerts only go out 1x/day at 8:00 a.m. Example:  If the alert threshold is set for $50 and the account goes to $43.50 at 2:31 p.m. on 12/27/18, then an alert will be sent to the Member at 8:00 a.m. on 12/28/18.
